Washingtonia robusta, known as the Mexican fan palm, is a tall palm tree native to northwestern Mexico. It's often found in warm climates and is famous for its slender trunk and large, fan-like leaves.

To grow Washingtonia robusta seeds, start by soaking them in warm water for 24 to 48 hours. After that, plant them 1 inch deep in soil that drains well, ensuring the soil remains consistently moist until germination, which usually happens within 1 to 3 months. Once the seedlings reach a height of 6 to 12 inches, you can transplant them outdoors, making sure to space them at least 6 feet apart.

We have consistently ensured the safe delivery of our seeds to customers by utilizing Bubble Envelopes. Recently, USPS has begun to impose an additional .49 cent "NON MACHINABLE SURCHARGE" on all first-class bubble envelopes.

We attempted to send seeds in standard 6x9 flat envelopes, and while some seeds remained unharmed, others, particularly smaller and more fragile ones, suffered damage due to the machinery used by USPS. Consequently, we will gradually transition to using bubble envelopes and/or boxes for all our shipments.

We simply cannot absorb that cost given our already low prices. If a bubble envelope is necessary to guarantee the safety of your delivery, we will incorporate the surcharge into the seed price. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide high-quality, undamaged products to your doorstep.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us first so we can resolve any issues. We are dedicated to our customers and work diligently to maintain our status as a top seller.
